The Policeman and his colleague were called to a nightclub in Deansgate, Manchester in May 2016 after Carla Connor's hen party got out of hand. All the women got drunk and raucous and tried to take over the DJ's microphone leading to the club manager asking them to leave. When they refused to go, the police were called and they asked which one of them was Carla, who the booking had been made for. In true Spartacus fashion, the women all claimed in turn that they were Carla until the real one made herself known. Gail Rodwell, as paralytic as the others, then made a mistake: she was convinced that the two good-looking officers were strippers and happily declared as such to the group of women. They all descended on them, tried to divest them of their uniforms and were arrested as a result.
