Kim Schortz is a grief counselor who came to Dean Winchester when Sam was in a coma at the hospital after almost completing the trial to close the gates of Hell. Dean immediately asked if she was an angel, but she said she wished she was and offered her services. As Sam was not dead, and Dean hoped he would recover, he turned her down. Using the blood from his injuries, Dean drew and activated an angel banishing sigil and banished the angels. As he did so, he asked the angels where they would be banished since Heaven was locked.

| - Kim Schortz is a grief counselor who came to Dean Winchester when Sam was in a coma at the hospital after almost completing the trial to close the gates of Hell. Dean immediately asked if she was an angel, but she said she wished she was and offered her services. As Sam was not dead, and Dean hoped he would recover, he turned her down. Dean later helped her up while angels were attacking the hospital and moved to protect her against an angel, but she knocked the Angel Blade out of Dean's hand and lifted him by his throat, revealing that she had been possessed by the angel in the hospital searching for a vessel. The two angels then questioned him on the whereabouts of Castiel, as the angels blamed him for casting them out of Heaven. Using the blood from his injuries, Dean drew and activated an angel banishing sigil and banished the angels. As he did so, he asked the angels where they would be banished since Heaven was locked.
