Durante los Asedios del Borde Exterior Mygeeto se alió con la Confederación de Sistemas Independientes y albergó una batalla entre la República Galáctica y los separatistas hacia el final de las Guerras Clon. Tras el final de la guerra, el Imperio Galáctico conquistó el planeta y poco antes de la Batalla de Yavin, tuvo un lugar un enfrentamiento a gran escala entre la Alianza para Restaurar la República y el Imperio en Mygeeto.
