| - Number Two (also called "#2"), is Dr. Evil's right-hand man. His eyepatch gives him X-ray vision. He is portrayed by Robert Wagner and his younger self is played by Rob Lowe. It is revealed that he and Dr. Evil met in school and immediately became friends. His only appealing quality is his eyepatch on his right eye which he apparently had since his childhood.
- "Don't be ridiculous. I could slap you perfectly well with your eyes open." ~ Number Two, "The Mysterious Benedict Society" Number Two, or Pencilla, is Mr. Benedict's secretary. She is often portrayed as having a rather mouse-like character.
- Number Two (real name unknown) was the codename for the second-in-command of the Mars Resistance during the Earth Alliance Civil War. He had previously been a Gropo during the Earth-Minbari War and once took a Denn'bok off of a dead Minbari warrior.
- Number Two is a member of the Royal Guards. He is the underling and second in command under Number One.
- The second-highest-ranking position at Dunder Mifflin Scranton has gone by several names and has been held by various people.
- Two was small for her age, "mousey", with a mane of reddish-brown curls and thick glasses. She was very fidgety and nervous. She was not as skilled as her Cêpan, though she did know how to handle a gun and was able to perform gymnastics. She was a few years from developing her Legacies. During her time on Earth, Two enjoys literature and reads many novels, referring to characters she reads about in conversation. She also takes many photos of her travels.
- Number Two (Leoben Conoy) Leoben first appears as a smuggler at the munitions depot at Ragnar Anchorage, where he was exposed as a Cylon in the mini-series. The Leoben model Cylons are known for their religious zealotry, which is intertwined with a pathological, and sometimes sexual, obsession with Starbuck. He was revealed to be the second model in the episode "Six of One". Number Two are played by Callum Keith Rennie.

- In this flashback scene, the caretaker at Wammy's House tells Near and Mello that L is dead. Mello is shocked while Near quietly comments that L lost his life because he could not solve the "puzzle". Because L has died without choosing an heir, the caretaker suggests that Mello and Near work together to catch Kira. Mello, however, is tired of coming number two behind Near. He decides to leave the orphanage and catch Kira in his own way. In the present day, Mello's gang asks him why he's so obsessed with the notebook. He answers because he wants to find Kira before Near does.
