About: Corpse (3.5e Equipment)   Sponge Permalink

An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : 134.155.108.49:8890 associated with source dataset(s)

Certain barbarian-types in my campaigns love using the corpses of their dead enemies to beat the rest senseless. It occurs so much, why not? The corpse varies but the typical dead body is used as a two handed weapon which deals bludgeoning damage. If the creature is a size category smaller than you, they may be used one handed. It is a very intimidating weapon and gives +2 circumstance bonus to Intimidate checks when brandishing it. If scoring a critical hit, the corpse takes half the damage done. It also takes damage if struck against harmful things such as hitting a fire elemental (which may very well ignite the corpse). If it runs out of hp the corpse is reduced to shambles and cannot be used as a weapon.

A corpse, on its own, should not be more than a light load for the character. Back to Main Page → 3.5e Homebrew → Equipment → Weapons
