Value	We are a new outfit from an eclectic mix of ex-DR0P members and some troops we picked up along the way. Our leaders are all ex-DR0P officers and we try to have fun, but also be effective with emphasis on squad level tactics and communication. We obviously still field platoons, and are effective at it, but our squad leaders still have a degree of autonomy to achive their objectives that most outfits don't allow. We are also a rather democratic outfit, with a team of Four Leaders: CaptainThirsty, FlamingChief, CL3RIC and Spudmonkey123456. Our recruitment policy is not open doors, you must get in touch with us and prove you are worth it, and this outfit also has a probationary period for new members where they must show us they can contribute.
