A hairdresser in Ushiku off Route 6 near Ushiku Station. The 3Q cut is pronounced "san kyu cut" in Japanese, a Japanese version of "thank you cut". The cost is a fixed 1,000 yen, and the cut takes about ten minutes. It is ideal for getting a children's cut because of the speed and because they have special children's chairs shaped as cars, complete with video players where children can sit while their hair is cut.
