== Clayton Court is a 10 storey slab tower block on Fillingfir Drive, West Park, Leeds. Construction for the twin blocks began in 1963 although there are 60 flats in the block which range from larger 3 bedroom flats at each end of the building ranging down to 2 bedroom flats and one bedroom flats towards the centre of the block. Its sister block Clayton Grange sits directly adjacent. The flats, whilst built in the 1960s, are of an earlier design from the 1950s. Other examples of this type of tower block exist in Leeds. The Appletons in Gipton are one example which have been extensively modernised.==

The Appletons in Gipton are one example which have been extensively modernised.== Note: As of August 2016, both Clayton Court and Grange have has extensive modernisation work completed. The flats which are owned and managed by Leeds City Council had over £1,000,000 per block invested to complete urgent remedial work to decaying concrete and steel. Plus the exterior of each block has been covered in thick polystyrene cladding and rendered in white. The steel balconies have been replaced as well as new windows and doors installing to communal areas and a state of the art LED lighting system has been fitted. It is hoped this work will extend the life of these popular apartments throughout the 21st century by both modernising the appearance of the block and improving the insulation and energy efficiency of the flats.
