The Sith Empire was the name given to the regime of Darth Krayt, the Dark Lord of the Sith, after it's reformation around 140 ABY; shortly after the One Sith Order emerging triumphant in the war with Roan Fel's Empire-in-exile. The new reformed government was much more Sith-based, rather than the original Galactic Empire that the Fel line based their government on. However, Krayt died in 141 ABY, and Darth Wyyrlok succeeded him as the new Sith Emperor.
