Effect	This burst creats a zone of storms that lasts until the end of your next turn. The zone's effect depends upon the damage type. * Force or Thunder: At the end of each of your turns whilst the zone persists, slide each creature in the zone 2 squares. * Cold or Lightning: Any enemy that starts its turn within the zone takes a -2 penalty to all attack rolls until the end of your next turn. You make an Arcana check and divide the result by 2. The damage the target takes from the triggering attack is reduced by the result.
