In addition to appearances on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and FOX's Arrested Development, Helms may also be familiar to television audiences from his four-year stint as a Senior Correspondent on the Emmy Award-winning The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, for which he also wrote. Helms was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and headed to New York City to pursue comedy shortly after attending Oberlin College in Ohio. He now resides in Los Angeles and plays a mean banjo.
