Mr. Greek was founded in 1983 as part of Charles Cartier's fast-food restaurant empire, Rapid Foods. It is the only restaurants in all Lovia that serve Greek food, though Guide Cinq Etoiles labels the food as "a horrible imitation of Greek cuisine". Mr. Greek's original store was in The Mall, but has since expanded to major Lovian cities. It is the only one of Cartier's restaurants to be marketed outside of Lovia, mainly in the US and Canada.
