Anna-Eugenia Faust is the first and current Commissar of the Workers' Communist Party of Cobura and is the both the leader of the party and it's candidate for President of the Republic of Cobura. Born in 2816, Anna-Eugenia was an only child who excelled in school and graduated from the University of Augustus with a degree in Political Science. Intrigued by the ideas of Karl Marx she joined a Student Union in college and later joined a chapter of the local Communist Party (Marxist) in the city of Augustus.

Born in 2816, Anna-Eugenia was an only child who excelled in school and graduated from the University of Augustus with a degree in Political Science. Intrigued by the ideas of Karl Marx she joined a Student Union in college and later joined a chapter of the local Communist Party (Marxist) in the city of Augustus. Despite her youth she was chosen by her party to represent them at a series of secret meetings in Nova Roma that lead to the formation of a national Communist party in Cobura, the Workers' Communist Party of Cobura. At the first meeting Party Congress she made several speeches that impressed the delegates enough to have them nominate and later elect her as the first Commissar of the party. When she isn't leading the WCPC to victory, Anna-Eugenia enjoys the single life in her small apartment in the outskirts of Augustus near a tattoo shop.
