Aichi Goron and Niguro Satsukamochi learned it from Daigaru Meitochi This jutsu requires excellent timing, chakra capcity, chakra control to perform. First, after forming the hand signs, the user inhales deeply and builds up chakra in his or her diaphragm. Once the lungs and diaphragm are chakra-filled, the user releases the chakra in a loud yell that turns into a roaring-like sound and a emourmous blast of fire-infused chakra is released. The blast can be up to 95 meters in diameter and the internal temperature in the blast can reach over 1200 °C. This jutsu is just as risky as it powerful, however. The amount needed for this technique is immense, and even Kage-leveled shinobi use this technique with caution. Another risk is the jutsu itself. One wrong move during release could result on the fire blast backfiring and burning the user. This usually results in death. In addition, the blast's damage radius is high, and damages everying in a high angle. Gen was able to remedy this blowing it as a stream, making it more focused and safe. It is also said that more powerful versions of the Great Dragon's Roar are available. However, the only ninja who knows about these jutsu is Madara.
