The Great Hansa War was a isolated planetary conflict fought on the world of Hansa for millennia. It was fought between two divisions of the Necasian Military and Srav Federation left for dead on the world during the Cruentusian War and their descendants, splitting the native population between them. With Hansa isolated from the rest of the galaxy, the war continued for millennia, broken by occasional truces and peace agreements that were always broken. Eventually, both sides had forgotten why they were fighting and their origins, but continued nevertheless due to hatred of one another instilled by their ancestors. Eventually, the Galactic Republic discovered the world and the Jedi put an end to the conflict, aided by pacifist groups in both factions.
