| - Age: Sex: Diagnosed: Location: Diagnosis: Hospital Oncologist
- Watkins was at least an acquaintance of Edward Travers and his daughter. From them, he learned much about the Second Doctor and the TARDIS. When he finally met the Doctor, his foreknowledge caught the Time Lord by surprise. (TV: The Invasion)
- Played by Billy Parrott in Elements.
- Watkins was a guard working for the Moebius Foundation at the Revanscar facility. He was in charge of security cameras for Sector Six. He expressed romantic interest in Lieutenant Zimmerman of Brute Squad, and ate meals with her in the facility's mess hall. He told her of the psi-screens the upper staff at the facility would wear, as well as his shift schedule. Later, when Brute Squad needed to access the Black Wing of the facility, Zimmerman distracted him while Bekkins slipped sedatives into his drink, letting them access the wing without raising alarm.
- Watkins was a member of Grey Squadron under the command of Jedi Knight X2. During a mission to the planet Dathomir, Watkins was killed when an Imperial saboteur planted a det pack on his X-wing. He died because he lost too much blood. Before he died, the squadron members Tavoy and Ryder found him. Watkins told his Captain, X2, that an imperial assassin had killed him.
- Watkins was a Starfury pilot assigned to Babylon 5's Delta Squadron, flying under the callsign "Delta 2." Watkins was known to exude an aura of calmness and serenity as if he knew the exact date when he would die and was not afraid to participate in the most dangerous of missions. In 2261, Watkins was with Commander Susan Ivanova's Starfury Squadron when they discovered the Thirdspace artifact in hyperspace, while returning to the station following a successful ambush of raider forces. When the artifact turned out to be a jumpgate to another universe inhabited by hostile species, Watkins and Delta Squadron tried to destroy it, but were killed by the Thirdspace Aliens.
- Watkins is a CIA Marine, and was part of the squad led by Captain Stiles to find Selena.
