The Rout of Red Harra is a large battle that's mentioned in Might and Magic: The Dreamwright. It took place in a wide, shallow basin in the Aulmad 1800 years before the time of Diligence and Hitch. One of the two armies was led by El, the Hero of the North, and his soldiers were dressed in green and gold armor. While it's not specified, his enemies were likely the servants of Dubiel, since they wore the black and red armor that was typical for his soldiers.

  • The Rout of Red Harra is a large battle that's mentioned in Might and Magic: The Dreamwright. Both sides employed large horselike mounts known as warbucks, which died out long before the time of the novels. The battle lasted for hours, eventually descending into mutual slaughter. The ground was said to be "heaped" with corpses. In the end, El was victorious. When Diligence's caravan passed through the area, the first set of scouts reported a battle raging in the basin, while the second set hadn't seen anything at all. The caravan went on, and the area was seemingly empty, but suddenly, they heard the sounds of battle and saw soldiers on all sides. When the warriors charged, they went right through the travelers like it was all an illusion. Eventually, they learned that Pomponderant, who had left the caravan some time before, was watching a recording of the battle that was somehow being shown in its original location. Diligence confronted him with the fact that he was scaring his traveling companions, but he didn't care.
