The Imperial Court was, from 2387-2407, the highest court of law in the Solarian Empire. It composed the judicial branch of the Imperial government. The Imperial Court was headquartered on Solaria, in the Imperial Justice Building. The Court consisted of twelve justices (each addressed as "Your Honor"): one of them was the Chief Justice who lead both the Imperial Court and the judicial branch. All justices were appointed and dismissed by the Solarian Emperor at will. Judicial procedure was also set, modified, and repealed by the Emperor.

The Imperial Court served as a "court of last resort", and also was a determiner of constitutional legality. The Court also tried the most-important cases in the Empire, and also cases involving high-ranking government officials. However, the Senate tried cases involving it's own members. The Court was eventually disbanded in 2407 by Emperor Hasley I.
