  • The Mend keyword allows a creature to spend a File:Surge.png to recover X File:Heart.png. Ability text: Mend X: This monster recovers X File:Heart.png.
  • Mend is a minor magic spell (or charm or frippery). This mends small holes in simple objects. The spell needs the presence of a small piece of the item's material to work. It will not fix a broken sword or a hole in a boat.
  • Mend is a command used at shops to restore the condition of weapons and armor. Additionally, many weapons can be mended in the field by use of an oilstone or a sandstone, depending on their type.
  • Mend is an psionic power demonstrated by Sarah Kerrigan during the Second Great War after she was reborn as a primal zerg. Using this ability, Kerrigan can psionically twist essence, healing herself and nearby zerg creatures.
  • From [[w:|]][[Category: derivations|Mend]] menden, by apheresis for amenden (“‘to amend’”); see amend.
  • Mend is a basic skill available to the monk class from level 1 onward. Activating this skill provides the monk with an instantaneous burst of self-healing, provided that the ability does not fail.
  • This spell will temporarily repair one broken inanimate item until it can be mended by a skilled craftsman. It will not mend an item that could not be mended normally and will not mend anything more massive than 50 lbs in weight. This spell can only be cast on an item once and the pieces must be touching for it to work. An attempt to cast the spell on the same break a second time will cause the item to be utterly ruined.
  • A Mend staff (リライブの杖 Riraibu no Tsue, lit. Relive) is a healing Staff in the Fire Emblem Series, and is the superior counterpart to the Heal Staff. This staff is commonly utilized by healers with low magic, as it is capable of adding 20 points to the stat, allowing the wielder to heal most injuries more effectively. Owing to the availability of competent healers in the series, alongside the relative abundance and affordability of the Heal Staff, players in general thus tend to overlook the Mend Staff for its more versatile counterpart.
