  • The Death Star is a giant space station located in the region of nowhere space next to some asteroids. It has a giant laser that will kill and vaporize everything that it touches and is powered by Shoop Da Whoop. Stormtroopers are found inside the station and Darth Vader runs the place. It's also a prison but the prisoners are neglected like most prisons. There was two Death Stars because they put in a self-destruct hole twice. Everyone who works there now is dead or not being a sith worker.

  • The Death Star was a giant spherical space station created by the Empire, that had the firepower to destroy an entire planet, and later, individual; enemy ships. The Death Star is often used as a final level in flight simulators or as a superweapon for the Empire. The Death Star was mainly known for its flaw, the exhaust port, which the rebels exploited in the battle of Yavin and was improved on the Death Star II, since they shielded all exhaust ports.
  • The Death Star refers to two small moons that are not small moons at all, but space stations. The first Death Star was built a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. This is also true of the second Death Star.
  • Death Star (рус. Звезда Смерти) — второй эпизод Angry Birds Star Wars, состоит из 40-ти уровней. В этом эпизоде впервые появляются Чубакка и Пилоты-повстанцы.

  • Around 34,000 idiots recently signed a petition to the petition site 'We the People', prompting an official response. These idiots claim that it would bring job creation and a strong national defense. At least, they got a response saying 'The US government does not support blowing up planets.' • A Death Star was a Sith moon-sized military battle station armed with a planet-destroying super laser. The death star in this RPG is Death Star III.
  • The DS-1 Orbital Battle Station (better known as the Death Star) is a fictional moon-sized space station and superweapon that appears in the Star Warsuniverse. Used by the Galactic Empire, this battle station is capable of destroying an entire planet with a single destructive energy beam from its superlaser, bringing great fear to those who would dare oppose the Emperor.
  • The plans for the Death Star were originally made by Darthenshmirtz to be a nutcracker, as explained to Norm-3PO, which were promptly taken by the empire and used to make the battle station. Upon completion, the Death Star is taken control over by the Imperial Grand Moff Tarkin and where Princess Leia Organa was sent to following her capture above Tatooine. Seeking to interrogate her about the whereabouts of the Rebel Alliances' main base, he threatens to use the Death Stars' superlaser against her adoptive homeworld of Alderaan if she doesn't reveal the Rebellions' main base. Pressured by protecting her home and her allegiance to the Rebellion, Leia says that the Rebels are on Dantooine (which was actually an abandoned Rebel Base), pleased with the supposed honesty of Leia, Tarkin told to
  • "Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed." - Darth Vader The Death Star is the largest ship in AE. Extremely powerful on its own or as part of a fleet but vulnerable to a well coordinated or larger fleet. The ship also offers a 10% power bonus to the rest of your fleet when its present. They have no equal in the art of Shield-Raping, as not even heavy cruisers can dent their shields, and their 10k hangar space allows them to carry more than enough fighters and heavy/ion bombers to destroy any Ion units they encounter.
  • In "Mother Tucker", Darth Vader is working as a meter maid, and is writing a ticket, when a business man comes up and tries to stop him from writing the ticket, Vader does not stop. After being insulted, Darth goes home and tells about it to his wife. After telling him she will support him in all his endeavors, he goes to the bank and tries to get a loan to financing the Death Star. The Death Star is also heavily featured in the climax of Blue Harvest, fulfilling its role from the film, A New Hope, the special parodies.
  • The Death Star I, also known as the DS-1 Orbital Battle Station, the Imperial Space Station, the Ultimate Weapon and most commonly the Death Star, is a moon-sized military space-station that is the Galactic Empire's ultimate weapon of doom, capable of destroying planets with a single shot of it's super-laser. The Death Star was to be an instrument of terror, meant to cow treasonous worlds with the threat of annihilation. It had a formidable array of turbo-lasers and tractor beam projectors, giving it the firepower of greater than half the Imperial starfleet. Within its cavernous interior were legions of Imperial troops and fightercraft, as well as all manner of detention blocks and interrogation cells.
  • The "Death Stars", as nicknamed by Commander Ronnie Kozar and Ensign Goris M'Rev, were starships of an unknown alien origin from the 29th century. The so-called "Death Stars" were under the general command of a cohort of Future Guy, hoping to alter the outcome of the Dominion War as part of the Temporal Cold War. The major limitation of the "Death Star" was that it could only exist in its past for a very limited amount of time. The time travel ability was based on a principle of folded space transport. (Star Trek: Lambda Paz: " The Tides of War, Part 1")
  • Although particular details, such as the superlaser's location, shifted between different concept models during production of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, the notion of the Death Star being a large, spherical space station was consistent in all of them. The Death Star was created by the dean of special effects, John Stears. The buzzing sound counting down to the Death Star firing its superlaser comes from the Flash Gordon serials. Portraying an incomplete yet powerful space station posed a problem for Industrial Light & Magic's modelmakers for Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Only the front side of the 137-centimeter model was completed, and the image was flipped horizontally for the final film. Both Death Stars were depicted by a combination of complete and sectional models
  • Death Star is a novel in the Star Wars Expanded Universe, written by Michael Reaves and Steve Perry. Perry also wrote Shadows of the Empire. Reaves wrote a few episodes of the old Droids and Ewoks television shows, as well as Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter and the Coruscant Nights Trilogy. Prior to Death Star, the two authors worked together to write the Medstar Duology. They re-use characters and details from one anothers' previously-written works with some regularity.
