An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : 134.155.108.49:8890 associated with source dataset(s)

A player can make short work of a pack of Demon Dogs by using quick, powerful characters, which can take them out before they even have a chance to strike, assuming of course that the characters' speeds are better than the Demon Dogs themselves. Although a force to be reckoned with in the front row, they are entirely defenseless in the back of an enemy line, where they can easily be picked off by both mages and ranged attackers of any sort. See the article on Demon dog on Fandom's mightandmagic wiki.

Their original sprite on the computer was reused from the earlier Savage Shrew monster. When ported to the Nintendo Entertainment System, their sprite was altered to more correctly represent a canid.
