From here the hands thrust out in front of the user while the lunar energy enhanced sea chakra is molded into seawater, which is fired at the target has a torrential blast of seawater. The blast is not an ordinary blast and has what the Watatsumi Clan call a "Torrential Attribution" because of the lunar energy. This means the blast will continue to exist and speed forward so long as the user is feeding it a steady flow of chakra. It doesn't matter what defenses the opponent puts up or what they do. The blast will overcome blast through it as if it were never there. The only option an opponent has is to dodge, hope the user stops feeding the blast chakra, or find someway to interrupt the flow of chakra the user to the blast. The technique does have one huge drawback and that is it is very draining because users must continuously feed it a steady flow of chakra. The stronger the blast the more chakra the blast needs so very few can use the technique to its fullest potential.
