  • When the ECEs got into the cocaine ring, Big Smoke was not going to let them steal his customer base. This led to an escalating gang war over Elwood City. When Brain was killed in a drive by, Buster knew that fat fool Binky was behind it. When he confronted Binky, he met Smoke who convinced Buster to turn on ECE and set up Arthur.
