The Insatiable Belt is a Legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 12 to drop, and can only be found within Act III or Act IV Horadric Caches. This belt represents the sin of Gluttony. The unique affix increases both your maximum and current Life when a Health Globe is picked, but once effect fades, the current Life does not change (besides dropping to the new maximum, if above that). In fact, it is a healing increase. Moreover, since Health Globes and Potions heal a percent of maximum Life, having a 25% increased Life raises their effectiveness too.
