* USSR: 3, 4 Victory Conditions: There are no final victory conditions. As Germany can not win the war at this point, John Smith suggests that the Axis can get victory by holding out against the Allies for a certain amount of rounds. He did not give a specific amount of number. Perhaps bidding can be used to get a number of rounds. Special rules: On the first UK turn a joint UK/US invasion of Scicly may be conducted. Land and air units of both countries can be used for the invasion of this island. All combined forced may only come from Tunis and Malta. Invading anywhere else is possible but not along with US units. When the US turn comes up, all units used in the British turn may not move. All American that did not move during the British turn may move as normal. One more combined UK/US invastion is possible. This is whenever and whereever the players decide. Follow the rules above. Italy surrenders when the Italian mainland is invaded AND the allied invasion is successful. Remove all Italian units in Italy from play. German units are not removed. An occupation of Scicily or Sardinia does not lead to an Italian surrender. Germany may occupy the now neutral areas after Italy surrenders. Germany then collects income for these areas. The Bulgarian areas of Bitolji and the Greece area of Thessalonika may only be occupied by Germany when Bulgaria has surrendered. Until then the Axis minors collect income for these areas, and not Germany. Germany may ofcourse move units into these areas as they are occupied by the Axis minors.
