Highway 14 is 103km long. It starts at an interchange with Highway 1 in Langford. It goes south along Veterans Memorial Parkway to an intersection with Sooke Road, at which it turns right onto Sooke Road. It travels west through Saseenos and Sooke. After this point, the highway enter a zone where a lot of accidents occur. There are barricades all along the side of the road to stop people from falling into the Pacific Ocean. It heads northwest along this road to its ending in Port Renfrew at an intersection with Parkinson Road and Deering Road.
