Billy Oman was an Irish soccer player who played in the League of Ireland during the 1940s. Billy played with Transport F.C., Bohemians and Drumcondra during his career. He was a wing back in the Bohemian team of 1945/46 and 1946/47 where he made 30 appearances in all competitions and netted once. He moved from Dalymount Park to Transport and later played for the Drums. Billy died on January 24 2001.
