  • JesuOtaku, (real name Jacob "Jake" Hope Chapman, né Hope Chapman), was an American YouTuber who reviewed anime. He was one of the reviewers in the early days of the anime community, but hasn't done a review since 2011. Back in the day he was a member of the DesuDesu Brigade, an anime reviewing group, along with Arkada from Glass Reflection, ProfessorOtaku, and several other anime reviewers, and after the group broke up he joined Channel Awesome, (back when it was still known as ThatGuyWithTheGlasses). When he left Channel Awesome, BennettTheSage became the only anime reviewer on the website.

Not all of his reviews are available anymore, because many of them were on his personal website only, which no longer exists anymore; she never decided to upload these ones to YouTube. These days, he works as an editor for Anime News Network and as a visual novel dev for Pango Dango games. His name can be pronounced JAY-su or YAY-su Otaku.
