In his career, Sisco would earn six top-fives and thirty-one top-tens. After running limited schedules in 1971 and 1972, Sisco went full time from 1973 to 1976. His best season was a 10th place showing in the 1974 points, but Sisco appeared in the top-twenty in all of his full seasons. Sisco never did win an event, but did finish 3rd at Darlington in 1974 and 1975.
