Charles Henry Dimmock (October 18, 1831 - March 29, 1873) was an American engineer who worked with various railroads. During the American Civil War, he was commissioned captain in the Confederate States Army and was responsible for fortifications at Roanoke Island and around Petersburg, Virginia. After the war, he was city engineer of Richmond.
