Brad Palmer (born September 14, 1961 in Duncan, British Columbia) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He played two seasons with the North Stars and then played one year with the Boston Bruins. He played junior hockey with the Victoria Cougars of the Western Hockey League. In the 1980 NHL Entry Draft he was chosen 1st, 16th overall, by the Minnesota North Stars. He played part of the 1980-81 and all of the 1981-82 seasons with the Stars and then was traded to the Boston Bruins in exchange for the Bruins not picking Brian Bellows in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft.

Palmer spent only one season with the Bruins and then the next (1983-84) with the Hershey Bears. After that he went to Europe and spent eight seasons with teams in several countries.
