The 1999 MBNA Gold 400 was a Winston Cup (now Nextel Cup) event held at Dover International Speedway on September 26, 1999. Mark Martin picked up the victory, his second and final of the year, in dominant fashion. Martin led 161 of the 400 laps in route to a 1.1-second victory on Tony Stewart.
