- Jargon is a monster who appears in the Dragon Quest game series.
- Jargon is a cog move used only by Double Talkers and Legal Eagles. It is mostly used by Double Talkers. It's rare when Legal Eagles do it, because they are higher Cogs and often use other attacks. In the attack, the cog pounds its fist on its open palm. Red words will come out of its mouth and hit the toon.

- Jargon was a Gand spy between 1996 and 1997 who sold his information to the highest bidder; generally to the Black Sun or to the Galactic Empire. Jargon was ultimately banned from the Star Wars Combine in late 1997 for violation of the spying rules, but this did not detract from Jargon's intergalactically-renowned clandestine skills. His legacy lives on in name on a since decommissioned DII Cruiser.
