  • The House of Iridal, later known as the House of Iridal-Nedeus, was an ancient royal house in the Al-Antidan Empire which ruled over the Kingdom of Iridal. It was founded by Iridal, a grandson of Taioron and ancestor of the Bronzean dynasty. Despite the existence of several female monarchs with children which succeeded them, the extinction of the male line would only be officially recognized with the death of Teglea IV and the inheritance of the Kingdom of Iridal by his nephew Favastos, who was the son of his sister Selleucia and her husband Pactes (a son of King Favast IX of Nedeus), all of Teglea's titles passing to the newly founded House of Iridal-Nedeus, and later into the Bronzean dynasty.
