| - Cameron D. Burley (born 1985) is an American Software Designer and Entrepreneur. A Georgetown University Student, he is credited with creating the world's first portable wireless mobile phone charger. He was raised in P.G. County, the densely populated outskirts of Washington D.C. and attended Friendly High School before transferring to St.Stephen's & St.Agnes School in Alexandria, VA. He found success on the football field and played collegiate American football at East Carolina University before transferring to Georgetown University in 2005. Founded 'Wi.U' LLC (pronounced 'Why You?') in mid-2005. Company specializes in hardware & software applications. Developed and implemented electromagnetic induction process in hardware application--'Wi.U Charger', the wireless induction mobile charger. Functioned as Wi.U's Project Manager. Successful in partnering with Effecks Graphic Design and leading the design team, responsible for GUI & 3D CAD prototyping. Coordinated IP Research team and partnered with Kramer & Amado PC for prior art study, including functional responsibilities such as claim analysis and differentiation. Partnered with McKenna, Long & Aldridge LP to further IP continuation and world patent development. Developed relationship with Hong Kong electronics mfg Greentech LTD--managed a strong working relationship and coordinated conferences in Washington with Greentech's president to successfully created hardware rapid prototyping. Partnered with private equity firm, Warren & Lewis Investment Corp to extend business relationships to S.Korea. Prepaired extensive market research and presentationsons on the international wireless accessories market. Forwarded, alongside equity partner IDOS LLC IP acquisition deal with international electronics mfg. Partnered with Washington Financial Group--alongside Managing Partners Joe DeNoyior & Jeff Hamblin. Since, Cam has developed some of the most interesting and groundbreaking applications for the iPhone and Facebook Platform, including: Skool Pool, a march madness bracket manager for the iPhone platform, AudLog, a audio recording and exporting software for the iPhone Platform, Wi.U Search, a mobile search engine for promotional products and services. More recently, the Georgetown University senior, has been developing applications under NDA for the Facebook Platform, scheduled for release in late September 2008.
