| - Roger Voss was a United States Air Force serviceman, and a member of the Air Force Special Operations group. (Findings at CTU) The following is based on the account of Operation Nightfall from Findings at CTU, which was later retconned in 24: Nightfall. Voss was chosen as the combat controller for Operation Nightfall, a Delta Force mission to assassinate Yugoslavian military leader Victor Drazen at his compound in Đakovica. Voss was nominally the sixth member of the mission team, which also included Captain Jack Bauer, second-in-command Dwayne Shelton, weapons officer Brice Gardener, communications officer Haj Illijec, medic Gary Graham, and intelligence specialist Fred Peltzer. He was responsible for parachuting into the operational area in southwestern Kosovo several hours before the other team members and preparing a safe exfiltration zone for the team once the mission was complete. Voss would then use a Phoenix transmitter signal a Pave Hawk helicopter to fly all six back to Aviano Air Base in Italy. After Hammer One destroyed the Drazen compound, however, the team's radio frequency was jammed, allowing Drazen's men to track down each team member as they attempted to signal to each other. Voss was ambushed by hostile forces and killed, while all of the other team members were eliminated one by one, except for Jack Bauer. (Findings at CTU) End of information based on Findings at CTU.
