Putties are said to be nature spirits, and are known as as the "thieves of the forest" by the people of Ivoire. Sightings of them are rare however, and they generally try to avoid people. The Putty Mage is a Putty unit you will be able to create after defeating 20 Putty Mage units, which are most commonly found in Putty-type Random Dungeons. It has high INT with good RED, but has lower SPD than other magic-orientated units. It has a very low confinement time but an average movement range so while it won't act as quickly as a Witch, it will reach its destination faster and is better suited to escaping close-quarter combat. It is also reasonably proficient at stealing items, but is ultimately outclassed by the Funguy and Bottlemail in that area once they can be created. Its human equivalent is the Witch and its owl equivalent is the Owl Mage.
