| - Years ago, Alana finished reading her book while on guard duty. She requests that McHenry read the book as well. They received a warning that there was a prisoner making noises and Alana said she would take care of it. She walked to Marko's prison cell and told him to shut up. He spoke her language in a broken fashion. While rare, Alana struck him across the face anyways with the butt of her gun to shut him up.
In the present, Barr puts Hazel down in her crib. Alana slowly wakes up from her slumber. Barr tells her to take it easy and puts her back down.
On the nearby planet, Fard (Saga)}Fard attempts to smash Marko and Klara. Marko tells her he doesn't want to fight and takes her hand. They summon a Binding spell to disable the giant. Marko uses his translator ring to speak to the giant who tells him this isn't a planet, it's an egg. And once it hatches, it will consume Izabel.
On the ship, Alana wakes up and finds a package on her bed. She puts on the clothes and walks over to thank Barr. He defends that he's not a seamstress but is actually a armorer and that the equipment will help protect against gunpowder shops. He tells her he doesn't have much time left and doesn't want to spend it morning, but instead helping those he loves.
The freelancer agent speaks on the phone with the Wreath High Command. He tries to soothe their complains about his first agent, The Stalk being killed. Gwendolyn suddenly appears behind him and demands answers.
