| - Jodo Kast was a Mandalorian warrior with a chequered past. He was born on the planet Mandalore in 19 BBY, his pacifist father was killed in 17 BBY, Jodo being two at the time, was sent to live with relatives in the town of Enceri. He later became a police officer in his birth city of Sundari but, being a very money-obsessed man, he eventually decided that he could make much more in the wider galaxy and joined the Rebel Alliance, where due to his exceptional skills he was recruited by Alliance Special Operations, upon leaving the Alliance in search for higher profits he acquired a suit of Mandalorian armour and began to impersonate the famed Mandalorian Bounty Hunter, Boba Fett. After some time reaping the rewards of this venture, his deception was found out by none other that Fett himself, who set a trap for him on Nal Hutta, where he ambushed him and poisoned him with a paralysing nerve-toxin, Boba then informed him that if he was strong enough to get to the antidote Fett left for him, and escape before his jetpack exploded, then he would be worthy of his heritage as a Mandalorian and Boba would forgive his impersonation. Kast managed to acquire the antidote and escaped just as his jetpack exploded, leaving him with scarring along the left side of his body, and close to death, but Fett had asked the doctor & former associate of his father, the Mandalorian Mij Gilamar to nurse Kast back to health if he were to survive, which the Gilamar obliged, and reconstructed the left side of his body with cybernetics and later transported him to the famed Mandalorian, Kal Skirata's refuge at Kyrimorut on Mandalore. After this incident, Kast's mental attitude and outlook was completely changed, from then on he belived that his former life was a disgrace to his heritage & decided to thank Fett by proving that he could become a true Mandalorian, to this end he devoted 10 years to learning Mandalorian culture and language and training in Mandalorian fighting techniques under Kal Skirata and learning other sills such as the Echani martial art, Teras Kasi & honing his already impressive skills as a sniper, a skill that he first learned during his time with Alliance SpecOps and after nearly 11 years of exile, he revealed himself to Fett, who was by this time the new Mandalore of the Mandalorians, he bested him in a duel and then swore to serve as a loyal Mandalorian warrior, to the man who helped him find his true self, which Fett accepted. He was later given his Grandfather's Mandalorian armor by Fett, who's father Jango had recovered it from a memorial museum on Galidraan, dedicated to the fallen combatants of the battle that took place there between the Mandalorians and the Jedi during the Mandalorian Civil War. Kast served the Mand'alor as one of his chief Lieutenants in the Yuuzhan Vong war, the Second Galactic Civil War and many other conflicts. He married the Mandalorian journalist Traven Kariss and they had three sons; Silas, who was named for the Mandalorian warrior who served under former Mandalores Jaster Mereel and Jango Fett; Kyr'oya'kar "Kyr", named after the Mando'a word for the fearsome Mandalorian Wolf and his youngest son is Myles, who was named for the Mandalorian warrior who fought alongside Jodo's grandfather and died with him at the Battle of Galidraan. Kast later participated in the Battle of Basilisk, where he was killed by legendary Jedi, Luke Skywalker, alongside his two older sons. All of the Mandalorians that took part in this battle were killed with him.
