The Tsuchigumo Technique is technique, invented by Jōshō Adashino, meant specifically for combat with Biju and Jinchuriki. It involves a tube, one half made of bone, the other of bamboo. By making a hand sign corresponding as closely as possible with the target Beast, Josho can seal Biju chakra in the half made of bone, and by then twisting it he allows it to flow into the chamber made of bamboo, which houses a large number of masterwork mechanical creations in the shape of beetles, almost perfect mimicries of life. These are equipped with a number of small seals which, when in contact with Biju chakra, activate. These seals allow the nanobots, as it were, to absorb the chakra of the Beast, and begin to produce identical chakra, via a number of seals containing pure chakra which adapts to

  • The Tsuchigumo Technique is technique, invented by Jōshō Adashino, meant specifically for combat with Biju and Jinchuriki. These seals allow the nanobots, as it were, to absorb the chakra of the Beast, and begin to produce identical chakra, via a number of seals containing pure chakra which adapts to the first form of chakra it comes into contact with. By concentrating on a thought while gripping the tube holding the infused Biju bugs, Josho can give a number of them a certain mission or set of orders, and then release those ones, attacking the opponent with Tailed Beast-infused creations. Besides being able to counter Tailed Beast chakra and attack the opponent with the special skills of the Tailed Beast they are mimicking, these creations can also bite the opponent to infuse them with a poison designed to repress their specific Tailed Beast's chakra, although this venom is useless against the beasts themselves, and only works against Jinchuriki.
