I'm not quite sure what you mean in the beginning, but Sasuke is a reference to the Sarutobi Sasuke, a famous ninja from Japanese children stories. Sasuke can mean many things, because of it's origins, it has become synonymous with meaning "Ninja Warrior". Other translations have the name meaning "Help/Assistance", or it can also be used in the phrase "Sasukene" (サスケネ) which is an expression which means "no problem" or the response "that's okay". So basically, it's origins lie in use of "competent" terms used to describe something that is both capable and helpful.
