Tiny Chanter was the captain of the Unreasoning Vengeance. A huge, massively muscled man, he was the eldest of his siblings and therefore their leader. The Chanter family appeared to have Tarthenal or Jaghut blood in their family line, and Tiny may have had tusks like several of his kin. It was rumored that Tiny's sire may have been a cave bear his mother met while sheltering from a storm. Tiny carried a massive two handed weapon that was a crescent-bladed axe on one end and a studded mace on the other. The mace was painted with the word "SATRE" because Tiny was a poor speller.

He claimed to possess a talent for sorcery, saying he was a necromancer, Jhistal, Demidrek, and High Mage though he rarely displayed any magical ability. He once demonstrated his power to doubters by killing a woman with a gesture, turning her into a zombie. Tiny was likely a virgin and was easily flustered by talk of "the pinky stuff." He was determined to see his sister Relish remain a virgin as he promised his mother and father, but saw no reason to be concerned by his sister's visits to female prostitutes. Tiny often referred to himself in the third person. Tiny had small, red rimmed, leaky eyes, a snubbed nose, and tiny teeth. His giant muscles were misaligned on his bear-like frame and his hair sprouted from unlikely places. He wore a bear skin.
