Select your tribe's Chieftain(the leader of your tribe, he will be bigger, and always carries a big staff\spear) and some of your tribe members. Always remember, the tribe members must have musical tools first. They can be obtained by first clicking the blue button you see when you mouse over your big tribal hut, then, if you have enough food(in Tribal Stage food is used as money) you must buy a little hut that makes musical instruments. There are three different instrument huts. Then you must select some of your tribe members and right click on one of the tool huts to give it to them. On the Easy difficulty you should only need two tribe members playing one of each instrument you have. You can get more instruments by destroying or befriending other tribes. Then you must select your chieftain(REMEMBER: Your Chieftain must always be in your group for the music-playing to work) and your tribe members with their musical instruments(also, don't forget to press the big green button at the bottom-middle of the screen, otherwise you will ATTACK the tribe if you do this!) and right click on a member of the tribe you want to befriend. Then, when the other tribe members show speech bubbles that show a picture of one of the musical instruments you have, press the matching little green button at the bottom-middle of the screen, next to the bigger green button. Do this right and you will be allies with that tribe. Remember, you must complete the performance TWICE, until you are green-faced with them, to actually be real allies.
