Ingram began her career in show business as a production assistant on the set of the Paramount Pictures film, The General's Daughter, which starred James Cromwell and Clarence Williams III. She worked for Paramount again as a production secretary on the 2002 film Clockstoppers, directed by Jonathan Frakes. Her more recent credits as an assistant production coordinator include the comedies Telladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (featuring Ed Lauter) and Mr. Woodcock. She was also production coordinator on the films The Grand (starring Michael McKean) and Alice Upside Down.
