Mitsuru Sugaya (菅谷 充 Sūgaya Mitsuru) is a manga artist known among different pen names including Shiro Tsurumi and Goro Takami. He is best known for the manga Game Center Arashi, its related series that won him the Shogakukan Manga Award and adaptations of the Showa Era Kamen Rider Series from Kamen Rider to Super-1.
