Line 100 was created in 2003 following the redrawing of a number of bus routes in the concession by the barony and Connexxion, including the renumbering of a number of bus lines. During this process, line 100 was newly created specifically for day travellers arriving by car and parking at one of the park and rides, so that they had a fast alternative to travel to the Old City in addition to the other possible bus lines.

| - Line 100 was created in 2003 following the redrawing of a number of bus routes in the concession by the barony and Connexxion, including the renumbering of a number of bus lines. During this process, line 100 was newly created specifically for day travellers arriving by car and parking at one of the park and rides, so that they had a fast alternative to travel to the Old City in addition to the other possible bus lines. Due to limited occupation of the buses during weekdays, line 100 has only been active during weekends and holidays since 2007. During weekdays, lines 3 and 126 are alternatives for P+R Óileuig nan Mhór, and lines 128 and 200 are alternatives for P+R Áilfóirdh. All lines require a transfer at Mhólanne railway station to get to the centre of Úd-dinis, although line 3 cover a small number of bus stops otherwise called at by line 100.
