  • Monarch of Tukarali, is the gender-neutral title of the reigning monarch in Tukarali. The title first came into use after the founding of the House of Aynako. Eventually the National Conservative Party successfully established a monarchy in Tukarali, designating Gloria Aynako as Queen. Shortly before taking the throne, she married Archduke Henry of Greater Hulstria, the two producing Prince Jaden, Princess Valerie, and Prince Henry. The monarchy was eventually abolished on August 16, 2868 and a republic was created. This republic later evolved into a minority-rule government which put the Tukarese and Mu-Tze into slavery. During this period the claims to the throne of Tukarali were held by Prince Jaden, and after his abdication, Prince Henry held the claim. The descendants of Jaden are now apart of the Ishida Dynasty, with his grandson, Kenji Ishida having been Emperor of Sekowo. His great-granddaughter is also married to Liu Che, the Emperor of Indrala. Henry's part in the House of Aynako is considered a branch of the House of Rothingren-Traugott and it holds the internationally recognized claims to the Tukarese throne. After Henry's death, the claim became held by Prince Constantine. An additional claim to the throne exists from the descendants of Princess Valerie, though they do not hold recognition by the International Monarchist League. In 2898, a dual monarchy was created in Tukarali under the House of Reims and House of Ruan. The first dual monarchs were Christian I (Reims) and Cain I (Ruan). This system came into creation as a compromise between the former minority-rule leaders and Tukarese nationalists who sought to restore a monarchy. One dual monarch was to be Tukarese and the other Tukaryan (white). A monarchy again existed in Tukarali in 3095 when the Tukarali Emirate was created. The Emir, Mullah Mohammad Selassie held the official title as Grand Sharif of the Holy Mosques.
