In multiplayer, you can choose which set of weapons you'd like to use during your match. Each of the fourteen premade sets contains eight weapons. In most cases, there are two of each firearm. However, Pistols is the only one that really differs from this format. Throwing Knives simply features crates of knives, with nothing else available to use. The other exception to this, is the Golden Gun set. Rather than have two Golden Guns, it has just the one. This not only makes the weapon more valuable, but allows "The Man with the Golden Gun" scenario to function properly. Besides, there is said to be only the one in existence, so it makes sense.
