| - The episode starts in the afterlife and more specifically, at the HighGod base where items are being thrown everywhere as Maxoric is having a fit. He says how could we lose – not just to the DarkGods but to Zakaros and his allies as he throws a table almost across the base. A general says my lord, we didn’t lose – we fought to a stalemate as Maxoric says loudly unacceptable as he swings his staff at the general, knocking him down. Maxoric then grabs his shoulder in pain as Odos says my lord, you are still injured as Maxoric yells out where is Tornador. At that moment, Tornador/Venleon appears and says I am sorry Master - I was overseeing the reconstruction of our war machines and soldiers. Maxoric calms down and says ah, very well as Tornador/Venleon says we will take our vengeance against them all but Odos is right, we won’t get anywhere until you and the forces are rested. Maxoric takes a breath and says very well but it doesn’t excuse the fact that we should not have been defeated, not ever. The scene shifts back to the Vestal Interceptor where Lindsata and Baraxx are heading into the bridge when they hear a loud yell from Drago saying you want to do what. As they come onto the bridge, Drago says look Dan, we have been through a lot but what you are thinking of doing is out of the question. Dan says Drago, just listen to reason and trust me, I don’t want to think this either but I don't think we have achoice as then, Baraxx says what’s going on. Shun says Dan is discussing his plan and some of us agree and disagree while most of us are undecided. Lindsata says what exactly is this plan you are talking about Dan. Dan sighs and says I think we should abandon New Vestroia and concentrate on defending Earth. Both BakuGods are shocked as Baraxx says it’s interesting but we can’t think about letting him destroy another planet, let alone another barrier. Dan says look guys, I don’t like this idea either - my friends and I, the Battle Brawlers, we fought for the planet from the Vexos a long time ago and it's literally a part of us but I don’t see how we can handle both Calthor and now Dylan since we are needed there now – we can’t fight on two fronts. Plus, we don't know how long Calthor is going to be down; he could be on his way right now and we even don't it. Plus, Drago, if manage to protect you since you have the Perfect Core inside you, we should not only be able to restore New Vestroia at some point if it's destroyed but the other planets as well, which gets some of the people's hopes up. Dan says in the meantime, we can also evacuate all the Bakugan this time to Earth and then, our combined forces on Earth will be strengthened and we should have a better shot when Calthor comes. Drago says I’m still not convinced and I’m only the link to the Perfect Core – the Perfect Core is still in the center of New Vestroia and Wavern is also tied to the core. Drago then continues by saying and even if I could revive New Vestroia again, I don't think I can revive all the planets; remember that I gave up my body when I created New Vestroia - I became the core itself and that's where I stayed. Dan says think about it Drago and please understand that I don't want think this way either – we clearly know that we can’t defend every planet effectively; the last three times - we were disorganized and unprepared for what he could do; we didn't even know he could stop time on Vestal. If we had the Dimensional portals, this would be another story but he destroyed them so the only way that we could get back and forth quickly is gone. But if we evacuate all the Bakugan on New Vestroia either by the Interceptor (which Spectra concides that it will hold all of them) or maybe, just maybe, Dr. Michael can get his portal working again, bring them to Earth, get rid of that creep Dylan and then strengthen ourselves there, we may have a better chance at beating Calthor for good. Drago says sternly you can’t expect me to abandon our home that we already worked so hard to save and restore as Skyress I must agree with Drago; I think we are making a huge mistake. Preyas and the other New Vestroia Bakugan agree as Helios says while I may not have a tie in to New Vestroia as you Drago, I do agree that our natural home should not be left as an open target. Captain Elright says actually, this plan might work if we can do it but we don't know how long it will take for Calthor to regenerate his arm and forces. Gus says while BakuGods have been shown to be unpredictable, I have been keeping an eye on his location and have deducted that may take as little as 4 Earth days for him to restore himself but not more than 7 days. Dan says guys, once again, I know this is hard to take in and believe me, I don't want to do this but I'm trying to think of the best possible option with the least amount of problems and this is all I can think of as Dan walks out the door and everybody is by themselves on the bridge. After he is gone, Nurzak says this is hard for Dan with Fabia saying I can tell but I think he's right. Mira asks in surprise how can you say that as Runo saying I agree - do we really want to do this as Ace says strategically, it's a sound move - no causalities lost and strengthening defenses but still, I fought for New Vestroia - I don't want to see it gone. Amazon says well, I like you guys but I'm certainly not letting my home get destroyed - I'd rather go out swinging that let him win, no offense. Shun says I don't know myself with Marucho saying I agree - I really don't know what the best call is. Drago turns to Dragaon and says listen, I know you might not have the same attachment as we do to our home but as a fellow Bakugan, don’t you and your friends feel the same. Dragaon is silent but then sighs and says I don’t know if my friends will agree with me, I am mixed about this as well and I’ll explain why. First of all, I can emphasize on how important one's home is – I lost mine centuries ago and I saw Zakaros create the original Vestroia so in a way, I do have an attachment. That being said, I was given to Dan to protect and follow his lead and I fully intend to do that. He continues by saying that whatever Dan thinks is best – I will follow his judgment and I suggest we make up our minds. Everybody is silent as Munikis says perhaps, we should split up to avoid conflict amongst ourselves. Laura goes to object but Falco says sternly no, he's right - if we might amongst ourselves on this, it will just make it easier for us to lose this war. Panzer and Aquas step forward and agree with what Falco is saying as Leoness says for those who wish to go to New Vestroia, the risks are great and must accept them while the rest go to Earth to try to balance things there - the choice is yours. Everybody gets busy talking as Baraxx looks towards the door and heads out while everybody keeps on talking. The scene now shifts back to the afterlife and back to the city of Avagan, where some soldiers are doing some training exercises. One soldier says let's blast, Triggerdon - "Ability Activate - Grenadier Rail!" as this new BakuBlaster named Triggerdon fires a rapid fire blast of grenades, destroying some rocks. Marnitac is observing this when Daedathron appears and says Commander, how are we progressing as Marnitac says very well, my Lord - the new BakuBlasters are performing and training exceptionally. Daedathron says very good; how comes the reconstruction of the Gate of Restorum. Marnitac says Zarodius is handling the coordination and so far, reconstruction has gone well - 5 of the 12 teams have arrived back with their respective pieces and 4 others are on their way back as we speak but 3 have not reported back in. Daedathron says very good and I expected the remaining 3 will handle themselves well. As they observe Avagan and the vibrant atmosphere, Marnitac says this reminds me of BakuTopia in many ways before the fateful day as Daedathron says it actually but it's better. Marnitac looks at him in interest and asks how so my lord. Daedathron says it's not just us anymore - we have many different mortals amongst us; learning, fighting together and understanding one another. He continues by saying it feels..........right with Marnitac saying I couldn't agree more and one more thing, we managed to break through to some other BakuGods and they have joined us. Daedathron says good, the more we can bring back to reality - the better it shall be. Meanwhile, near a rock formation - Sky Sprint is watching the skies when he sees something flying. He takes out his shield and aims it at the speck and sees Neotaro approaching, alone. Sky Sprint says this isn't good and sounds a loud alarm. Everybody in the city hears it, especially Daedathron and Marnitac as Daedathron says the Mechtogan Sky Sprint wouldn't have sounded the alarm if it wasn't important - to the city as everybody flies there. Back in the city, the people start heading back to the homes as Atrion and the others prepare for battle. Zenthon says what is happening as Sky Sprint flies down and says I spotted the DarkGod approaching the base alone but it signifies something. Zenthon Titan then appears and says we are ready as Thorius steps forward in front of the group with Sid smiling and saying time for some fun. Soon, Neotaro appears in sight as the BakuGod soldiers prepare to fire but Daedathron says no, do not fire as he and Marnitac land. Torin says in confusion why not as Marnitac says he is wielding a white strap on his staff - a sign of truce. Neotaro then lands softly with a sinister look as Daedathron says surround him as a dozen soldiers surround him with staffs drawn. Neotaro just looks around calmly and says didn't you see this as he shows his white sash but Marnitac says we take no chances either way. Neotaro says my, you certainly have set yourselves up well - traitors to the cause. Daedathron says how did you find this place as Neotaro then snaps his fingers and the remaining 3 teams fall to the ground unconscious but Daedathron can see they are still holding the pieces to the Gate. Neotary shakes his hand and says even in my weakened state, I can still take on your pathetic soldiers, whoever you are as Daedathron says if you are here for Zakaros, you are too late - he's gone. Neotaro chuckles and then says actually, I’m not here for Zakaros – wherever he is or whatever he is doing. He continues by saying I’m actually here for you, pointing at Thorius. Everybody looks at Thorius who is surprised and but quickly recomposes himself and says why do you have a sudden interest in me. Neotaro smiles and says this as he takes out the same Bakugan from before, holds it out in view and says do you recognize this little Darkus Bakugan. Thorius looks at it but then, he gets a shock on his face and says no, it can’t be – she died long ago as Sechs Tavanel pops out and says what’s the matter Thorius. But then, he sees the Bakugan and gets shocked as well and says stutteringly can it really be her. Everybody wonders what is going on as the Bakugan starts to glow black as Neotaro wraps his hand around it and says if you want this Bakugan back, meet me at the DarkGod base at your convenience, alone – if you dare as he disappears in the shadows quickly with Gravi Norm. After he goes, Daedathron orders the men to lower their arms and get these teams some medical treatment immediately. Marnitac says and grab the pieces of to the Gate and put them in as well. As everybody goes away to do their jobs, Thorius is just standing there in shock as he then moves and sits down on a nearby bench when Masquerade comes up to him. He asks what's wrong with you old man as Thorius doesn't say anything but Tavanel says consider it a blast from the past. In a twist, Butta Gil comes out and says I remember it all too well - either it's a trick or it is the real thing; either way - I'm up to a fight. Thorius says you could be right but I can't take that chance - not again. Thorius stands up and says I'm going to the DarkGod base as Daedathron overhears and says are you mad. Hydron says you will literally be walking into the lion's den with Volt saying you should be bring backup with you just in case. Thorius says no, I will handle this and I will be back shortly as he begins to walk forward but Masquerade stands in his way. Thorius gets angry and says out of my way and swings his staff but Masquerade blocks it with his right arm. He then sideswipes Thorius off his feet, grabs the staff and holds him down. Masquerade says not an option; I'm going with you - with Mahisas, I can stealth myself because you and I both know that this is very well a trap whether you win or lose and traps are my specialty as he smiles. He holds out his hand as Thorius picks it up and says very well but keep out of sight. Masquerade says fine by me as they both head out. As they fly away, Sid says great, we are down two more but Daedathron says don't worry, we'll be fine. The scene now shifts back to the Vestal Interceptor where Dan is leaning against a railing looking off into the space outside. He thinks back about all the times he and Drago have fought for all the right reasons and says dang, I just don't know what to do. At that moment, a voice says are you okay as Baraxx appears with Firebaxx on his shoulder. As he leans alongside the same railing next to Dan, Dan says I don't know what to do - Drago and I; we have always fought together for the same goals and ideals. We have fought many enemies together and saved many people and Bakugan alike and yet in this situation, I really don't know what the best path is to take. Baraxx says I understand completely but Dan says I don't think anybody does. Drago and I, we are so alike and yet, we seem so different now during this whole fight. Now, it's come to this point - I hate to this but I think I'm actually starting to get afraid, ever since Calthor did what he did to me. Baraxx is silent as he closes his eyes and thinks for a moment. Baraxx says do you remember the story I told you about my past and how I became an exile. Dan says yeah, I remember as Baraxx says on BakuTopia, there was a philosophy that sometimes, the Bakugan that a BakuGod was given would define them. My Bakugan, they were even more stuck than me in my youth. Dan listens intensely as Baraxx continues by saying my family would always pick Bakugan from royal or noble lines and would expect them to work. However, most of the time, they would rather talk big and not fight or train even - it became more of a standing issue than one who trained with honor and skill. For those of us who are partnered with Bakugan, we are able either be like them or teach them to be like us. You already know what became of me and how I met Firebaxx - he and I have been more that allies, we have been partners and best friends for centuries with Firebaxx saying and we have never regretted it. In a way, you and Drago are like brothers - you fight for the same reasons and ideals but you aren't identical. You have different viewpoints on things and contrary to what Code Eve told you about the Switch Code and being in sync, there is no such thing as being perfectly in sync. Firebaxx says one of the biggest lessons about partners is being able to trust one another when they are conflicted about something and it happens more often than either of them realize. Baraxx says you may feel that there is no way to protect both planets but Drago believes there is a way. Dan quickly says I don't think that at all but with Dylan and the situation on Earth, it makes it harder to know what to do. Baraxx says perhaps you should trust your partner and compromise with what he feels. Dan brushes his eyes off and says you're right - let's join up with the others and Baraxx, thanks - you really are a swell guy. Baraxx says no problem - that's what friends are for as you say right. They both walk together back to the bridge as everybody is still discussing what to do. Dan says hey everybody - have you come to a decision on what to do. Everybody looks at him as Dragaon says we think we have come up with a solution, given there will be some risks involved. Munikis says some of us will remain behind on New Vestroia to keep an eye on the Bakugan and if Calthor arrives, we'll hold him off with Aquas finishing by saying while the rest of us head to Earth to get rid of the threat there. Marucho then says I already put a call in to Dr. Michael and Alice - she said that they are working on the portal now but it is slow since parts are hard to come by. Spectra also adds that if we don't get the portal working and the threat in Interspace neutralized, those stationed on New Vestroia will be alone. Gus says even with the speed of the Interceptor, it would still take a day at least to get back to New Vestroia and considering how long it takes for Calthor to destroy a planet, not a lot of room for error. Amazon says um, is it too late to change my mind as Dan says Drago, what do you want to do as he looks at Drago. Drago is silent as he looks down and Dan says whatever you want to do - I'll respect your judgment. Drago looks up and says here is what I suggest - the Bakugan head back to New Vestroia and take care of business there while you head to Earth and stop Dylan from his plans. Once that is taken care of, you can return back. Marucho says but that means, we would be separated for a time with Shun saying it means we would put our trust in our partners to do it. John says it means we would be dividing our forces, no matter where we go or what we defend. Laura then asks what we should we do as then Dan then walks to Drago, with everybody watching, and says Drago, we have been friends and partners for a long, long time and while I might not think this is a smart move - I will trust you with what you feel is the right thing to do. Drago says that's all I ask Dan as Dan says are we all agreed. Lindsata says one more thing, I will be going with the Bakugan - Zakaros asked me to check in on an old friend there and I can help. Dan says okay, I think we all know what needs to be done and when we get to Earth; we'll take care of Dylan and get the Dimensional Portal working. Then, once we get it working. we can come help in not only defending New Vestroia but evacuating the Bakugan as well. Everybody lets out a cheer as meanwhile, Drago says Dan, thanks for trusting me as Dan says partners trust each other as Baraxx smiles. Meanwhile, back in the afterlife, the scene shifts to the DarkGod base where it zooms in on Neotaro's throne. The soldiers are talking about where he went as then, a shadow comes out from under the ground and into the throne sits Neotaro. A DarkGod general says welcome back my lord as Neotaro says prepare the grounds for a fight, as well as a holding cell. The general says at once but may I inquire why as Neotaro says we are going to have a visitor and when he's beaten, I will enjoy having him as an attraction for the troops. Dagger Odos then comes out and says Master, he is approaching - I can smell his scent in the air as Trianic/Subleon says I can see him Master and it appears he has come alone. Neotaro asks you are sure Trianic as Trianic/Subleon says affirmative - my scoping abilities don't detect any stealth units in the area. Neotaro smiles and says good as he says open the gate. The gates open and Thorius is seen at the entrance, looking angry and very stern as he walks forward. As he walks the soldiers, jeer and try to hit back at him but he just ignores it or on occasion, hits one back. He arrives at the center of the battlefield and looks up at Neotaro. Neotaro is smiling as he says welcome, I didn't expect you to show up. Thorius doesn't say a word but still has that intense look as Neotaro gets up and walks down the stairs. As he walks, Neotaro says what's even more surprising is you came alone - I know that you are well skilled as a single fighter but being in the base of an enemy, makes me wonder. Thorius says we have some business to discuss as Neotaro says actually, we don't and orders his troops to attack. However, before they can strike, Hugger Dguma comes out from under the group and swipes the soldiers away easily. Neotaro says I'm most impressed but I didn't intend to capture like that - I wanted to see what you might do. Thorius retracts Dguma and says return Seis Tavanel to me now and I won't do anything rash. Neotaro says oh, you mean this as he he takes the Darkus Bakugan out, now known as Seis Tavanel. Sechs Tavanel then comes out and says let my sister go - she doesn't belong to you. Thorius says yes, according to the BakuGod laws, you cannot just take another's Bakugan without good reason, not that I need any. Neotaro says the last I checked, I found this Bakugan and whatever I find is mine, isn't that right Seis Tavanel as she opens up and says yes Master - how may I serve you. Both Thorius and Sechs are shocked as Sechs says that's not her - she never sounded like that as Thorius says I agree - if this is a trick of yours, I'm not laughing. Neotaro says oh I assure you - this is the real thing; I just had her.......fixed. Thorius then gets mad and says you will pay for that as he swipes at Neotaro but he blocks with his staff as they get into a small hand to hand fight. They both back away as Neotaro says now, now - you won't get your precious Darkus Bakugan back. He continues by saying I suggest we brawl; you defeat me 3 times and you get her back but if you lose just one battle, you are mine. Thorius says if those are the only conditions, then you are making it easier for me - I am known for defying the odds. Neotaro says very well, let us start as the soldiers clear the arena. Neotaro says I will start as he then throws Trianic and Gravi Norm first while Thorius throws out Butta Gill and Hugger Dguma. Thorius says I suspected you wouldn't use her first so I didn't either as Neotaro says you thought correctly but that fight should be left until last but the same conditions apply. Meanwhile, on the far east wall, Masquerade is watching this while stealthed. Mahisas says it is good that Trianic is on our side or else we would have been found out. Masquerade says indeed but keep an eye on the fight; if something goes wrong we have to step in but we might have another problem. Mahisas looks at him and asks what do you mean s Masquerade calms points to the mountaintop at the south part of the base where Barodius' group is. Masquerade says I saw them just as we arrived here - they aren't moving but they could be a problem so let's be careful. And meanwhile, a lone HighGod scout is flying overhead as he looks down and says how interesting - this could work to our advantage. As he tries to get closer however, some DarkGod soldiers see him and he starts being chased. As the HighGod soldier makes his escape, he says I must report this to Lord Maxoric - this is a perfect time to attack them while they are down. He manages to fly ahead while the DarkGod soldiers follow closely behind. The scene now shifts back to the grounds of New Vestroia, where the Vestal Interceptor has just arrived. A loading dock lands as all the Brawlers Bakugan and Lindsata head out and walk away. The Brawlers and Baraxx watch as Dan yells out to Drago we will hurry back as soon as we can buddy. Drago doesn’t answer but gives a thumbs up behind him as they fly away to a clearing. Dan even sheds a tear as Spectra says Gus, take us to Earth – we have work to do as Gus says yes Master Spectra. The loading dock lifts up and the ship turns and takes off for Earth. After it goes, Skyress asks are you sure we made the right choice Drago. Drago says in the end, I know Dan is right but I can’t leave our home undefended but either way, he trusts me. Lindsata says if you don’t mind Drago, I must go someplace but I'll return soon Drago says okay but keep in touch as Lindsata throws Shoult and gets on. Shoult says good luck to all of us as they fly in opposite directions as the screen zooms out. Meanwhile, somewhere in the distance, a mysterious Bakugan is watching who says well, time I step in.
