  • Golden Carrots are used in brewing to make a Potion of Night Vision. A Fermented Spider Eye can be added to make a Potion of Invisibility.
  • The Golden Carrot is a food item found in Fable and Fable TLC that can change night to day, as well as restore your health. There are a few ways to get Golden Carrots. One way is to dig them up. They can be found in various areas, including Greatwood Entrance (the small circular patch of dirt near the Orchard Farm entrance, on the other side of the rocks). Another way is to smash barrels. The Golden Carrot is the counterpart to the Moonfish (which changes day into night).
  • A Golden Carrot is an item which can be obtained through crafting.
  • The Golden Carrot is the main reason for the Giant Vegetable Competition in Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. It is awarded every year to the person who grows the biggest vegetable and is made of solid 24-carat gold. For this reason, it is used as a makeshift bullet by Victor Quartermaine to try and kill the Were-Rabbit by separating it from its base and loading it into a blunderbuss. Gromit thankfully stops it from reaching its target by piloting his toy plane in front of it. When Quartermaine is dealt with, Lady Tottington finds the slightly dented Golden Carrot and awards it to Gromit for his "brave and splendid marrow"
